Sunscreen: Something for Everyday Use
Summer’s approaching fast! This means vacation, tanning, swimming, and countless amounts of sunburn. >.< It’s also a good season for sunscreen! Now, many people are  unaware of this, but sunscreen is recommended for daily use in all seasons. The sun can be a very harmful thing, too. Although it can give all of us a gorgeous tan and vitamin D, the sun can burn our skin and this can all lead to skin cancer. Skin cancer is very common in males and females and it can be deadly. If you’re looking for that gorgeous, bronze tan, there safe alternatives to that. The chemicals used in spray tanning are approved by the FDA so it’s much safer on the skin than tanning beds. You can get the perfect tan you want in all seasons without baking in the sun. By switching to this alternative, you are greatly decreasing your chance of getting skin cancer. Tanning is also proven to cause premature signs of aging. :oÂ
Sunscreen is an essential this summer! Use a sunscreen with at least an SPF of 20. Apply to exposed areas at least thirty minutes before going out into the sun!Â
Also, try incorporating some sort of facial sunscreen or moisturizer with an SPF of 15 or more into your skin care regimen! I recommend Neutrogena’s Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock! It won’t mess up your makeup, it won’t clog your pores, and it’s sweat proof!Â

*Remember that the skin is the largest organ in your body. It protects and insulates and performs many significant bodily functions. Taking care of it will have it performing at it’s best. Healthy skin = healthy you.Â
Have a happy summer :)
